Meet Eclair who lives on the island called Farzon. She wakes up one morning as reality begins to shift around her and people start to think that she is younger than she actually is. It starts off mild enough, but gets progressively worse as the days go by. Will Eclair have maturity to uncover the conspiracy around the idyllic island of Farzon? Or will she slide into this second babyhood, one tantrum at a time?
The main draw of the game is definitely on the story. There’s a mystery solve, but it’s not a puzzle game, more like a visual novel with occasional minigames.
The best part of the game is that at multiple points, you get to make a choice on how Eclair behaves and this affects an “immaturity meter” that builds up. As you build it up, Eclair begins to mentally regress. This affects the dialogue and how she interacts with some other characters and can lead to different scenes/endings throughout the game.
The game is very well drawn and the music is fantastic. Story is good written and all in all it’s one of the best ADBL-Games out there. Don’t miss it and support the author!
