The game features real time interactive bladder controls. Likewise, equipment actually affects the look and interaction, like you can take off your original school outfit, and the sprite changes and the dialogue changes too, where she yells at you and tells you to put your clothes back on.
Likewise certain clothes you can take off and some you can’t (like your diapers). Not to mention audio interactions, once you get put in diapers you crinkle when you walk.
